No surprises. Here is exactly what the Clarity Visit looks like from the first call to the final delivery.
We ask you about your operation — staff count, how long you've been running it, what breaks when you're not there, what you've already tried to fix. You'll know by the end of the call whether this is the right fit. We will too. No pitch, no pressure, no obligation.
Before we show up, we send a short pre-visit questionnaire. Nothing complicated — just the areas of your operation you're most concerned about, your busiest season, and who we should talk to while we're there. This keeps the two days focused instead of scattered.
We come to your place. We watch how things actually work — not how you think they work, and not how you'd describe them on a good day. We shadow your staff, walk your operation, and ask the questions nobody inside the building thinks to ask anymore.

Two weeks after delivery we check back in. Questions answered, anything unclear clarified, and next steps confirmed. This is included in the flat fee — not a separate charge.
